For this project introducing the Teach app in Microsoft Copilot, I served as:

• Copy editor
• Graphic designer
• PowerPoint designer
• Video editor

Copy editing

As a Microsoft Learn module copy editor, my job is to ensure compliance with the Microsoft Style Guide as well as language requirements specific to the Microsoft Learn platform. This meant rewriting parts of the module, video script, and in-person training script, and PowerPoint deck as need to meet Microsoft requirements.

Graphic design

For this infographic, I was given the instruction to highlight the various tools available in the Teach app. I conceptualized, designed, and wrote the text for the infographic.

This infographic was released shortly before Bett UK 2026 and became one of the most widely shared assets from the module.

Screen casting and video editing

As video editor, I:

• Created the title to align with Microsoft branding
• Performed the screencast demonstrating the features of the Teach app
• Chose the music track
• Balanced the voiceover and music tracks
• Edited on-screen visuals to match the voiceover pace
• Timed visual transitions and audio cues to create a polished, cohesive viewing experience

Instructor-led training PowerPoint deck

The instructor-led training (ILT) portion consists of a training script (which I copy edited) and a PowerPoint deck. I sourced graphics licensed graphics, choosing styles that matched and customizing them the product’s brand colors.
